All inclusive driving courses are being advertised by scores of driving schools around the country. Have you ever thought why?
Well it's to try to make you feel that they are offering a good deal because they are doing everything for you so you have no worries. BUT have you looked at their offers closely?
What they are doing is controlling your choice. The school puts a package together so it's difficult to know what you are receiving for your money, here is what is a possible breakdown of costs
Course costs
All inclusive courses may included some or all of the following. Tuition, Test fees, Accommodation, Travel expenses,
Pass Plus,
Guaranteed pass.
Tuition
Tuition can be shown in hours (if you are lucky), some schools will just say days with no tuition hours shown per day at all. A course may be shown as 40 hours but if you look closely enough it will probably be on shared tuition. Shared tuition will normally be between 2 students who will then
receive 20 hours actual behind the wheel tuition each not 40 hours on a one 2 one basis. The new buzz wording for shared tuition courses is IN CAR TUITION some driving schools don't want to use the words shared tuition if they can help it.
Now the driving school will tell you that you will learn from driving with a partner and that while on a "break in the rear seat" you watch your partner drive. You
will in the first 2 - 3 hours do this because it's new and you will watch, but after a while you will want to drive yourself and won't be taking notice of what your co driver is doing and will end up reading a newspaper.

Test Fees
With most intensive driving courses driving test fees will be included in the cost, but do check because some schools are now leaving test fees out so that the cost of the course is lower with the test fee added when you make your booking.
Accommodation
With some all inclusive courses the driving school will only be offering one type of accommodation. Usually it will be of a cheap low budget type to keep costs down so be prepared to be let down with the accommodation.
Travel expenses
Some driving schools say they give a a travelling expense, this is normally £25.00. We don't know how it's given back if at all and think that it would be better to just take £25.00 off the price of the course to start with.
Pass Plus
Some intense driving schools are offering Pass Plus as part of their all inclusive courses. A Pass Plus course will require 6 hours of further one 2 one tuition after passing the driving test. If you see this advertised ask how they plan it because it will need another day to complete so you will have to return at a later date.
Guaranteed Pass
For the Guaranteed Pass follow this link to our web page that goes in to more detail.
Learning2drive does not offer these "All inclusive courses" . We believe it is better to show each component of you course so you can better price the course.
