Shared tuition courses are where 2 students are trained together sharing the hours and alternating in training.
This Means that if the course is advertised as a 40 hour course you will only receive 20 hours of tuition, the rest of the time you are sat in the rear seat reading a newspaper.
Driving schools offering shared tuition courses will have you believe that benefit will come to you by learning from another student. They say that you will learn from the rear seat of the car between your actual driving times.
At Learning2drive we believe that it is impossible to know which students will gel together when taking this type of course. Individual needs will require individual attention.
Students taking a shared tuition course who do not know each other, and of different abilities, nature and temperaments often do not gel making a mixture for disaster.
Learning2drive courses are predominately on a 1:1 tuition basis. Learning2drive will only arrange a shared tuition course for family members or friends who wish to train together in this way. Please call if you are thinking of this course type
The new buzz wording for shared tuition courses is IN CAR TUITION some driving schools don't want to use the words shared tution if they can help it.
