TYRO in Latin means beginner. The TYRO Plus course is aimed at students with no previous experience. Tyro Plus students might have never driven before and will need to be taught all their driving skills.
The TYRO Plus course is an 8 day course on a one 2 one instructor to student ratio basis that begins on Mondays and ends the following Monday with the practical driving test arranged as the final hour of the course.
The normal start time each day is 09.00, although flexibility on times is offered to students who commute and unable to arrive for a 09.00 start. Monday to Saturday tuition will be of 6 hours training each day, The Sunday will be for 4 hours.
The Monday test day will be of 5 hours with driving test. A short refreshment break is taken every 2 hours of training period. This course can also be taken over 7, 9, or 10 days. Call and ask for details.
